Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the high-volume production process of the MarComms Department. This includes delivery of artwork, ticketing and programme-related collaterals, video production, corporate gifts, creative assets for digital and offline advertising as well as event branding of various formats.
- This individual will work with an in-house team of designers and external vendors, supporting the MarComms team as well as internal and external stakeholders to project manage marketing campaigns.
- Excellent time management is essential as well as strong attention to detail with experience in managing budgets and multiple timelines.
- Manage the procurement process, develop and implement production schedules, maintain vendor relations and ensure quality control for all marketing and branding materials.
- Spearhead the planning, development and execution of ad-hoc activation events.
- Vendor engagement including rates negotiation, adherence to quality standards, invoice review and processing.
- To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the AHL Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of print and digital production, traffic experience and/or project management experience.
- Excellent time management skills; strong attention to detail; financial/budgeting diligence.
- Vendor engagement including negotiation of rates, adherence to quality standards, invoice review and processing.
- Strong commitment to teamwork along with creativity, flexibility, tenacity, a high level of energy and good social skills.
- Passion to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with using Mac OS is a plus.
- Event-based work experience is an advantage.
